Parabenizamos o Prof. João Alves por compor o Corpo Editorial da Revista “Le Infezioni in Medicina”

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing  to inform you that I had the honour of being nominated for the  Editorial Board of “Le Infezioni in Medicina” (Infez Med),  a peer-reviewed quarterly journal that I founded about 20 years ago which publishes, free of charge, reviews, original articles, case reports and letters on experimental and clinical investigations concerning any aspect of infectious diseases. A special section is concerned with "Historical Aspects of Infectious Diseases"."Le Infezioni in Medicina" is published in Italy and the official languages are Italian and English, with summaries of each paper published in both languages.
It is currently considered the main Italian journal in the field of infectious diseases being the only one indexed in EMBASE/Excerpta Medica (http://www.embase.com) (since 1997) and Pubmed/Medline (http://www.pubmed.gov) (since 2001) and currently indexed also in Scopus, EBSCO, SCImago, Scirus and Google Scholar.
